Our salmon is sent fresh from Wester Ross Fisheries which is an award winning fisheries with the highest animal welfare, enviromental and health standards in Scotland. As the fish is the best quality we can buy.
We dry cure our salmon and smoke over oak producing a dry smoky fish. The fish is then hand sliced before packing.
For special occasions try our 24 hour, whisky cask salmon, a whole side of delicious smoked salmon, sliced or unsliced. Made to order
100g packs of smoked salmon are usually for sale in the butchers shop (they do sell out fast) please call if you would like to book some.
